My Enclosed Trailer Guide -
So you're considering an Enclosed trailer, but you are still on the edge and aren't really sure what to look for? Here's a few things I would look for no matter where or when you decide to buy an enclosed trailer New or Used from us or Anywhere!
Seamless One Piece Aluminum Roof - The last thing you want is to be re-sealing the roof of your enclosed trailer every other year to make sure it doesn't spring a leak, and once it happens, you may need to replace some flooring! Save yourself the hassle and look for this as a MUST HAVE!
3/4" Flooring Minimum - I would consider this less essential depending on your intended use of the trailer but we all know life happens and you may end up storing or moving something slightly heavier than you originally intended and the last thing you want is for the floor to fail!
Radial Tires - This is really simple, radial tires last longer, provide a smoother ride, reduce fuel consumption, produce less heat under load and are more resistant to punctures.
A Warranty You Can Use - It is not something we see often, but when you think about purchasing a trailer, where it is built matters. If a serious warranty issue arises, our Enclosed Trailers are built locally right here in Indiana!
Now you have a better idea on what to look for you should know these are all standard features: Not only the one piece aluminum roof, 3/4" flooring, and radial tires, but you will also get sealed side doors and a screwless or semi-screwless exterior.
Unfortunately, There are a lot of cheaply built enclosed trailers where they have cut corners in the features listed above. We're proud to offer these trailers built with quality in mind.
